DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day. Delivery will be to any South African Post Office via their insured Econoparcel service for under 1Kg. or the ordinary parcel service (also insured) for larger orders. Exceptional Health has subsidised the costs of both the postage and insurance so that the total cost per parcel is only R15.05. As soon as the parcel has been posted, all relevant information will be sent to you via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Exceptional Health is subject to availability. If any stock item is currently unavailable, it will not be possible to purchase that item via the website. Cancellation of orders by the client will be allowed if the stock has not already been dispatched.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Exceptional Health shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

WARRANTIES AND DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
All the goods provided via our website are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. However, we would ask you please to inspect the packaging carefully upon collection from the Post Office for any signs of damage or tampering. We will only be able to claim against insurance if such tampering or damage can be demonstrated to the official concerned before signing for the goods. If you sign for the goods, it is legally understood as unconditional acceptance. In the unlikely event of there being no damage to the packaging and you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us on 0861XYLITOL, and we will rectify the situation as quickly as is humanly possible. Your complete satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via bank transfer into the Exceptional Health bank account, the details of which will be provided on an emailed invoice immediately after processing.
RESPONSIBILITY
Exceptional Health takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Exceptional Health chooses 26 Denise Road, Buccleuch, Sandton, as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
VARIATION
Exceptional Health may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
